D Jallah is from Lofa County, Liberia, West Africa. She was born under the union of Mr. & Mrs. Jallah. Miatta, also known as Mia, lived with her father after her parent’s separation.

Life for this beautiful and studious young woman has been challenging. However, her father strongly believes in higher education. He sent her off to boarding school, which allowed him to focus on his business, where he is able to earn income to provide for the family financially.

Mia struggled with the transition from home life to the boarding school environment. At the beginning of the school year, she was reclusive. However, she later adapted to her new environment and made new friends. The school’s strict rules and regulations of discipline, and curfews were preparing her for a world that can be even more challenging without the proper upbringing.

Mia has now completed her primary studies and is living on her own. She has a daughter who lives with the child’s paternal grandmother.

Mackeline International Fashion Magazine was recommended to Mia by a friend. We are glad that Mia chose us, and we look forward to helping Mia create a brighter future for her daughter and herself.
