Autotype Plus CTS MIDI High quality emulsion for Computer to Screen Autotype Plus CTS MIDI Autotype Plus CTS MIDI has been developed to meet the needs of the busy graphic screen printer handling large screens in an automated environment, where dependability and reliability are key requirements.

Features One Pot photopolymer
Emulsion viscosity is factory set to optimise screen to screen stability.
No mixing required
Minimises pinholes caused by air bubbles
Mesh range 100 – 180/cm
This covers most mesh counts typically used for graphics screen printing. Face coats are not normally required.
Excellent coating quality
Emulsion has been formulated to give the best possible coating quality when coated either by machine or by hand. Reduces retouching and screen wastage
Red colour
Screens have good colour contrast for visual inspection yet maintain good see-through for ease of registration
Fast exposing
Reduces exposure times when used on CTS or even conventional contact exposure
Wide exposure latitude
Small variations in exposure time have limited effect on dot size reproduction
Fast washout
Reduces production time and prevents screen wastage through incomplete washout. Especially formulated for use in automatic washout units.
Solvent and UV ink resistant
Perfect for use with conventional graphic inks for long run lengths
Low Rz
Flat stencil surface gives good print reproduction with minimum dot growth
Easy de-coating
Fast de-coating in automatic units improves production efficiencies and reduces the use of hazardous haze removers
