Water Filters Water is essential for our well being and survival. An adult should consume not less than 2 litres of clean, clear water per day. Our bodies consist of 70% water so keeping “topped up� with high quality drinking water is essential to our health and appearance. Besides drinking, freshly filtered LAICA water is excellent for making great tasting tea and coffee. Similarly, it improves the colour, appearance and texture of food when used in cooking. LAICA is proud of the Approval Certificates received from International Test Laboratories like LGA and TÜV in Germany and NSF in the United States. This provides our customers with confidence they need in product performance and the integrity of the LAICA brand. LAICA recognises that water filtration is food related and therefore must be subjected to the same high standards of hygiene during production. Consequently Laica ensures that all stages of water filter production strictly adheres to stringent H.A.C.C.P. regulations. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
After undergoing toxicological tests at LGA Technological Centres, Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern in Nuremberg, Germany, the materials used in the manufacture of LAICA jugs and filter cartridges have been proved to be suitable for contact with foodstuff.
Consumers constantly demand higher standards of product hygiene. In order to meet these requirements, LAICA has submitted its filter cartridges to microbiological and hygiene tests at LGA Technological Centres, Landesgewerbeanstalt bayern in Nuremberg, Germany.
Good quality means safety for the consumers. Laica has submitted its water filters and filter cartridges to a quality test at LGA Technological Centres, Landesgewerbeanstalt Bayern in Nuremberg, Germany.
LAICA’s products are tested and validated – conforming to German GPSG & LFGB food quality laws – by the TÜV Rheinland Group, a highly accredited Test Institute in Germany, which guarantees product quality to our customers.
System tested and certified by NSF. Tested and Certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 in models W800, W807, and W803 for the reduction of chlorine taste and odors (see models: W101, W102).
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) it’s an autoregulation system aimed at granting hygienic and sanitary requirements of products during all manufacturing phases in compliance with international present regulations. Laica has established its HACCP manual to grant production process quality and hygienic control maintenance.
