Unless otherwise agreed, you will be permitted to bid on High Value lots only if Lyon & Turnbull has confirmed payment of deposit and completion of the High Value lot pre-registration procedure. The deposit required will be 10% of the lower estimate. This also applies to bidding on a number of lots where the total cumulative amount exceeds £30,000.
