In the next five years I believe we will see a tremendous amount of excitement for our county. The new trolley to the UCSD area should be complete and our economy will continue to improve. And, guess what! Our real estate values will increase, as well. This should encourage buyers to enter the market – today. Our prices are stable, low interest rates are inviting, and our city government is working diligently to improve our roads, transportation and ultimately the comfort of living in one of America’s Finest Cities. Consider this. Individuals who committed hard-earned dollars to buy real estate 25 years ago are now quite pleased with the growth in value of their properties. This will continue! My advice? Invest wisely now, and you will congratulate yourself five, 10 and 15 years from now. Real estate, either your personal residence or an investment property, can be the best savings plan you could ever establish! And San Diego is quite simply the best place to do it.
