Harmony 11.2 will be released April 28, and includes the following changes:
New product support: Cancer Assist Express Enroll State Activations: Group Accident and Group Disability Election Form enhancements Core product dependency features Enhancements to the Agent Access page Read about all the enhancements in What’s New in Harmony 11.2. How to download Harmony 11.2 View the instructions on how to download and install Harmony 11.2 on your computer. How does this affect my enrollment?
If you’re enrolling online during the weekend of April 26, Harmony online will be unavailable on Sunday, April 27.
If you need to download an account to Harmony offline, you must do so before Sunday, April 27. If you have applications on your offline machine, please upload them by Saturday, April 26, if possible.
If you have applications taken before April 26, that need to be uploaded on or after Sunday, April 27, you won’t be able to upload these applications until you’ve downloaded and installed Harmony 11.2.
For more information about the newest features and how to get the latest version of Harmony offline, please see What’s New in Harmony 11.2 on Propr, or contact the Enrollment Solutions Help Desk at (800) 43-VOICE, option 2, then 5. Scheduled maintenance Harmony and Quick Quote will be unavailable on Sunday, April 27, for scheduled maintenance because of the 11.2 release. If you have a scheduled enrollment during this time, you will need to download to offline before April 27. 2
