Rotaract Club Celebrates Earth Day

Rotaract Club (RC) President, John Mark Abad conducted a River Clean-Up Drive at the New Greenland Garden to celebrate the Earth day. The project was made possible through the assistance of the different clubs of Brgy. Bagong Silangan on April 22.

The River Clean Up Drive officially began at New Greenland Garden with the assistance of Rotaract Club, Interact Club, Guardian Brotherhood Inc., Bagong Silangan High School Supreme Student Government (SSG), New Greenland Youth Organization, Tumana Youth Organization, and Rotary Community Corps of Bagong Silangan.

“The project aims to prevent calamities and to protect the community who are prone to calamities,” Mr. Abad, the RC president said in an interview with The True Reflections.
