Aschool is like a ship, navigating through the vast ocean of knowledge, guided by a team of dedicated and hardworking sailors. Mr. Ferdinand P. Noble, a newly promoted assistant school principal II of Bagong Silangan High School (BSHS), is one of these sailors who have braved the tumultuous waves of the education sector, always steering towards a destination of excellence.
Aboard the ship of education, Sir Noble stands tall among the crew, fixed on the horizon of excellence. His promotion as assistant school principal of BSHS filled him with pride and joy, like a sailor reaching the shore after a perilous journey.

“Being appointed made me gain a strong sense of pride and accomplishment. It signifies that I successfully passed the national qualifying standards for the position, he said with a bright smile.
Sir Noble's path on becoming an assistant school principal was marked by years of hard work and dedication. He began his teaching career at Cagayan Valley Colleges of Quirino after graduating with a Mathematics degree from the Philippine Normal University-Isabela Campus. During his time at Cagayan Valley Colleges of Quirino, he taught Mathematics, Statistics, General Science, and Physics to students in all grade levels.
After three years of teaching, Sir Noble joined the Department of Education and was assigned at Don Alejandro Roces Sr. Science Technology High School in Quezon City, handling Mathematics. He also served as the Math Club and DaMath Adviser, Math and DaMath Trainer, and his students consistently won several awards

Sir Noble's teaching career progressed steadily, earning him promotions from Teacher I and finally, as an Assistant School Principal. He also obtained a Master of Arts in Education and a Master in Educational Management, completing all academic requirements.
Like a seasoned sailor who has navigated many seas, Sir Noble knows that each ship has its own unique journey, with varying challenges to overcome.
He was one of the members of the School Planning Team who crafted and implemented the School Improvement Plan in his previous school, and he understands the importance of identifying the school’s priority areas for improvement.
“Basically, we have to know the school profile and the school report card in order to identify the priority improvement areas of the school. These areas would then be the focus of our school improvement plan,” he said, ready to steer BSHS towards a greater destination.
