Learning from other Olympic experiences, the project needed to be studied in long terms. That being said, the park has different productive areas like agriculture for the slums, financial centers, university and other programs. It will become the combination of the private and public sector. The ecological strategies like recuperation of the green area and the creeks, helps to be environmentally conscious. These new public space becomes a great attraction for the city and a touristic point.

It was an experience to include new programs to the stadium.

Group: Andreina Ramirez, Catherine Grillo. Concepts: Urban Planning, Territorial plan, Landscape Urbanism. Since its foundation, artist, poets and painters have been inspired by the mountain and the valley to their works. But with the urban settlements, the creeks were polluted under the informality and therefore the city plotted its framework over the topography. From a series of ecological strategies, the creeks can be recovered as new cultural landscapes and public space for the city. These new urban spaces will serve as great balconies to see the great Avila, as it might along connect the isolated urban traces

Sakan House Ubication: Valencia, Venezuela. Participation: Rendering and representation. Concepts: Architecture, Interior design, details The client of the house was a known business man of Venezuela, with Islamic roots. The idea of the house was to create a gradient from public to private space, through different yards. The Islamic religion is crucial in the development of the house, causing the creation of different spaces for men and women, the dinning room like the heart of the home, and a special area for praying. The interior desing also was important, with a minimalist design.
