4.4.2 Accumulated outstanding receivables The issue of large lump sum of outstanding account receivable accumulated from previous years is in critical situation. It is in need to follow up the outstanding receivable in soonest. Ad Hoc Committee lead by PNP Ellen Tsang is in close follow up of this issue. 4.4.3 Financial Status Incomes from membership, sponsorship and administration are in satisfactory situation and meet the budget. NOM and national projects are well financed. The hosting of National Convention by NOM creates a big challenge on National body. Fortunately, with the support from sponsors, chapters and HKJC Foundation, the means and ways is in satisfactory status. A/C receivable is in very good progress. The purpose of Budget is Expense Control. Under tight monitoring of Board of Directors, expenses are well controlled in general. NHT Lena this year is doing excellent in budget and administration control. Taking this opportunity I would like to thank Inauguration Chairman Brian and Chamber Staff Michelle for their hard work. JCI ASPAC Hong Kong 4.5.1.1 After 1979 ASPAC and 1993 World Congress, hosting of JCI ASAPC Hong Kong 2012 provides unique development opportunities for members of this generation. 4.5.1.2 Over 4,800 delegates from 38 national bodies registered the conference. 4.5.1.3 The conference was officiated by the Hon. DonaldTsang, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, 中央人民政府駐香港 特別行政區聯絡辦公室王志民副主任 and Senator Bertolt Daems, JCI President. 4.5.1.4 The Conference Organizing Committee is supported by ASAPC Executive Committee, which is formed by Past National Presidents with ex-officio from JCI Hong Kong, HKJC Foundation and JCI Hong Kong SMC. 4.5.1.5 With the leading of Conference Organizing Committee, all 19 local chapters take parts in organizing different sessions of the conference. 4.5.1.6 All surpluses from the conference will be donated to HKJC foundation for the long-term development of the organization.
