Notice of Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Lucy Group Ltd will be held at Eagle Works, Walton Well Road, Oxford, OX2 6EE on Tuesday 26th April 2022, at 12:00 noon for the following purposes: 1) To receive the Report of the Directors and the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December, 2021. 2) To declare a final dividend. 3) To re-elect as a Director Mrs. P.A.J. Latham who retires by rotation 4) To re-appoint Wenn Townsend as auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration. 5) To transact any other ordinary business of the Company.
