U OF L PAPA JOHN’S STADIUM EXPANSION, Louisville, Kentucky

PROJECT FEATURES The new $65 million University of Louisville’s Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium expansion promises to further enhance fans’ experience. Approximately 10,400 additional stadium seats and 1,730 new sheltered loge seats, with direct access to the interior loge level club, provides prime views of the game. The loge level club is the heart of this new east expansion and offers views westward to the playing field

as well as toward areas of the city east of the stadium. Thirty-three new east-side private suites mirror premium comfort and amenities as the existing suites on the west side of the stadium. These east suites each have direct access to the new club space on the loge level below. A new south terrace, situated immediately south of the existing seating bowl, offers

an exciting new venue for Cardinal fans to gather from around the stadium to meet and enjoy the views from high above the Crunch Zone. Approximately 10,500 additional stadium seats were provided in the new upper seating bowl along the east side of the stadium. The total stadium seating capacity increased to approximately 53,600 seats.

UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY RENOVATE/UPGRADE SOCCER COMPLEX, Lexington, KY

Owner University of Kentucky Seating Capacity 2,200 Services Provided Architecture Engineering Interior Design

PROJECT FEATURES Luckett & Farley provided the feasibility study and full design services for a replacement soccer facility. The study included programming, design concept and detailed cost analysis and preliminary budget. Additionally, L&F completed a 3 dimensional study of the facility. The soccer complex program includes;  1,200 seat grand stand  1,000 additional end line bleachers  Spectator viewing terrace  2,500sf press box and university suites  13,000sf of support space for both Men’s and Women’s programs including:  Locker rooms  Showers and toilets

 Student lounges  Training room  Physicians room  Game day office  Mud room  Equipment and field storage The soccer complex is a sister facility to the new Luckett & Farley designed softball stadium. Both structures share restrooms, concessions and an elevator.  Renovation of the existing facilities, including the Team Building into primarily the locker, lounge and equipment facilities.

UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY RENOVATE/UPGRADE SOFTBALL COMPLEX, Lexington, KY

Owner University of Kentucky Seating Capacity 1,500 Services Provided Architecture Engineering Interior Design

PROJECT FEATURES Luckett & Farley provided architecture and engineering services for the replacement and renovation of the University of Kentucky Softball Complex. The project included the replacement of the existing portable seating sections with new treads and risers from end to end of the dugouts that provide 500+ new fixed chair back seats, and a combination of 600-800 bleacher seats with and without bench backs for a total permanent seating capacity near 1,500. The design also featured new elevated terraces overlooking the field at the back of the new grandstands and new press facilities.

Additional scope included:  New indoor practice facilities, including a new 100’ x 100’ indoor practice facility.  Playing field improvements, including upgraded field lighting, site lighting and entry plaza to the complex, including a new ticket facility.  Renovation of the existing facilities, including the Team Building area into primarily the locker, lounge and equipment facilities.

PROJECT FEATURES A new baseball stadium was designed for the University of Louisville. Sited near the football stadium, also designed by Luckett & Farley, it is a popular facility for the team and fans. Areas of the stadium include:  1,500 seat capacity, expandable to 2,500 seats  Artificial turf playing surface including base paths
