Bistrot Caraibes is on the corner of Grand Case Boulevard and some street that has no name, but is very important because it takes you to the boulangerie (Crousti, or crusty, not such a French name) as well as the small local grocery store. So, you’ll often hear people reference Bistrot Caraibes when they give you directions. But more importantly, you’ll hear them reference it when discussing lobster. We were told by several people that Bistrot Caraibes has the best lobster in Grand Case, and given the myriad of lobster tanks on the boulevard, that is no small boast. In the beginning, I couldn’t really bring myself to partake in the lobster.
