Mawi is a London jewellery house with emphasis on luxurious statement pieces Mawi combines cuttingedge contemporary style with traditional influences synonymous with old-school glamour. Mawi’s pieces are those that are bought, worn, collected, cherished and treasured. It is because of their distinct style that we sought to collaborate together on such an iconic Disney character: Minnie. Marrying together her love for trinkets of yesteryear and a bold contemporary vision. This collaboration which launches for Autumn 2011 is highly anticipated.
Loree Rodkin is the quintessential American jewelry designer with iconic style which originally began as a hobby, whilst her day job remained managing Hollywood A-Lister’s Brad Pitt and Robert Downey Jr to name a few. The company was officially created in 1989 and it was actually Elizabeth Taylor who was rodkin’s first client. Recently, Rodkin has become the top choice for First Lady Michelle Obama who adorned herself in her designs on the eve of her husband’s Inauguration. LDI has formed a partnership with Rodkin to help the designer broaden her sales reach and we are very proud to be working with such a legend.
