DugomRulli produces smooth flowing precision rollers for gravity conveyors and dynamic storage systems. Plus, speed regulators, roller and wheel channels, tapered rollers for curves, rollers with various coatings (PVC, rubber, polyurethane, etc), supports, bored side profiles for loads of just a few grams as well as loads of up to 2,000 kg with diameters from 24 to 159 mm.

DugomRulli produces rollers that can be driven by chains or by flat or toroidal belts, with diameters from 32 to 159 mm, load capacities of up to 10,000 kg and speeds of up to 2 mt/sec. DugomRulli produces powered and idle rollers with plastic heads and tubes, bearings in plastic or stainless steel, galvanised or stainless steel shafts. Diameters from 20 to 50 mm.

ROLLERS FOR MEDIUM DUTY BELT CONVEYORS Bulk handling by belt conveyors is a method that is used in a wide variety of production processes, all with different requirements and characteristics. DugomRulli has designed and developed a range of solutions for the food industry, for concrete plants, for the burning of wastes etc. This longterm research leaded to the production of medium-duty rollers from 60 to 89mm in diameter for belts of up to 1,200 mm in width. ROLLERS FOR HEAVY DUTY BELT CONVEYORS The chemical, metallurgical, mining industries together with plants for ports require reliable, robust and durable systems that are suitable for extremely harsh conditions. For these applications DugomRulli produces highly robust precision rollers that have an estimated life of up to 50,000 hours. The durability of the bearings is guaranteed by the use of special ERMEX C6 seals that offer the highest level of protection available on the market. Diameters up to 159 mm for belts of up to 2000 mm in width. The range also includes impact rollers and return rollers with rubber rings; plus, garlands of 2-3-4-5 rollers, specially designed rollers for pipe conveyors and plastic rollers particularly suitable for the chemical and salt mining industries.

TRANSOMS AND BRACKETS Belt for bulk conveyors must take a concave section which depends on the kind of the carried material and on the load capacity needed. It’s essential that the structural supports of the rollers, which give the concave shape to the belt, are correctly designed and constructed in such a way that all sideways movements are limited and to avoid the accumulation of material between the rollers and the structure. The unique design of DugomRulli transoms and brackets fully meets these requirements and minimizes the risk of damage to the belts. DugomRulli produces transoms for upper stations with side rollers inclination of up to 45° or more; transoms and brackets for return idlers, transoms for upper and return self-aligning idlers.
TRAVERSES ET SUPPORTS
TRAVERSE E SUPPORTI I nastri che trasportano materiali alla rinfusa devono assumere una sezione concava, la cui entità dipende dalla natura del materiale trasportato e dalla capacità di carico richiesta. E’ essenziale che le strutture di sostegno dei rulli, che danno la forma concava al nastro, siano progettate e costruite in maniera da limitare gli sbandamenti laterali e da evitare l’accumulo di materiale tra rulli e carpenteria. Il particolare disegno delle traverse e dei supporti DugomRulli soddisfa pienamente a questi requisiti e minimizza il rischio di danneggiamento dei nastri. DugomRulli produce: traverse di supporto per stazioni superiori con inclinazione dei rulli laterali fino a 45∞ ed oltre, traverse e supporti per stazioni di ritorno, traverse per stazioni autocentranti superiori e di ritorno.

DugomRulli produit des traverses de soutien pour stations supérieures à inclinaison maximum des rouleaux latéraux de 45∞, traverses et supports pour stations de retour, traverses pour stations auto-centreuses supérieures et de retour. La conception particulière des supports DugomRulli réduit dans une très large mesure le risque de blocage des rouleaux causé par l'accumulation de matériau sur les charpentes de soutien.
TRAVERSEN UND HALTERUNGEN Die Bandförderer müssen eine konkave Form je nach Art des Förderguts einnehmen und müssen entsprechend abgestützt werden, damit ein seitliches Abweichen verhindert oder zumindest eingeschränkt wird. Hierfür sind eigens für die Rollen entworfene und sorgfältig hergestellte Stützrahmen vorgesehen. DugomRulli stellt Traversen für obere Tragrollenstationen mit einer Neigung der seitlichen Rollen bis zu 45∞ her und zudem, Traversen und Halterungen für Rücklaufrollenstationen, Traversen für obere selbstzentrierende Tragrollen- und Rücklaufrollenstationen. Dank der besonderen Formgebung der Stützrahmen DugomRulli wird die Gefahr, dass die Rollen auf Grund des sich ansammelnden Förderguts auf den Stützstrukturen zum Stillstand kommen, auf ein Minimum reduziert.

SCRAPERS Cleaning is crucial both for the efficient function of a conveyor system, and to ensure the durability of its components, particularly the rollers and the rubber belt. DugomRulli produces anti-increase" and "self-cleaning return rollers with rubber rings ”. This ensures that the belt is kept in a relatively clean state, but in no way substitutes the cleaning action of an actual scraper, especially when the material being handled is sticky or abrasive. The DugomRulli SCR series scraper, with independent blades, is the ideal solution for hard-to-clean conveyor belts.
RACLEURS POUR TAPIS La propreté est une condition essentielle au bon fonctionnement des transporteurs et à la durée de vie de certains composants de ces derniers, en particulier la durée de vie des rouleaux et du tapis de transport en caoutchouc. DugomRulli produit des rouleaux de retour avec anneaux anti-colmatage et anneaux nettoyeurs qui dans une large mesure peuvent suppléer à un nettoyage insuffisant du tapis sans pour autant assurer la fonction de nettoyage d'un racleur lorsque les produits transportés sont particulièrement abrasifs ou collants. Les racleurs pour tapis DugomRulli de la série SCR, à lames indépendantes, constituent la solution idéale pour le nettoyage des tapis dans des conditions d'utilisation particulièrement difficiles.

Eine sorgfältige Reinigung ist für eine einwandfreie Funktionsweise der Bandförderer und eine lange Lebensdauer einiger Komponenten, insbesondere der Rollen und des Förderbandes aus Gummi, unerlässlich. DugomRulli stellt haftfreie Rücklaufrollen mit zum größten Teil selbstreinigender Wirkung her, die jedoch auf keinen Fall einen Bandschaber ersetzten können, vor allem, wenn es sich bei dem Fördergut um stark abrasives und klebriges Material handelt. Die Bandschaber DugomRulli, Serie SCR, mit unabhängig arbeitenden Messern sind die ideale Lösung für die Reinigung von schwer beanspruchten Bandförderern.

COVERS A belt conveyor cover is strongly recommended for safety reasons, to protect the conveyed material from the rain and the snow, or to reduce its impact on the environment. The CAPOTEX covers, for which DugomRulli is Italy's sole distributor, offers the most logical and economically viable solution. These covers do not require any support structure (they are self-supporting), and thanks to a unique fastening system can be opened from both sides. The normal range is up to a width of 1400 mm. Special sizes on request. On request DugomRulli will supply control, tension or transmission drums, with or without rubber coating.

Sono coperture che non richiedono alcuna struttura di sostegno (autoportanti) e che, grazie ad un originale sistema d’attacco, possono essere aperte da entrambi i lati. Gamma normale fino a 1400 mm. di larghezza. Misure speciali a richiesta.

Pour la mise à l'abri des intempéries des produits transportés, pour limiter l'impact environnemental et/ou pour garantir le respect de facteurs de sécurité, il est recommandé de recourir à l'utilisation de protections des tapis transporteurs. Les capotages CAPOTEX, dont DugomRulli est le distributeur exclusif en Italie, représentent la solution la plus économique et rationnelle actuellement disponible. Il s'agit de protections qui ne nécessitent aucune structure de soutien, étant autoportantes, et qui grâce à un système exclusif de fixation peuvent être ouvertes de chaque côté. La gamme standard comprend des capotages de 1400 mm de largeur maximum. Des dimensions spéciales sont néanmoins disponibles sur demande. Sur demande, DugomRulli est en mesure de fournir des tambours de commande, des tendeurs et des renvois avec ou sans revêtement en caoutchouc.
ABDECKHAUBEN Zum Schutz des Förderguts gegen Witterungs- und Umwelteinflüsse sowie zur Gewährleistung einer hohen Sicherheit sind die Bandförderer entsprechend abzudecken. Die Abdeckhauben CAPOTEX, für die DugomRulli der Alleinvertreiber in Italien ist, stellen die rationellste und preisgünstigste Lösung dar, die heutzutage auf dem Markt erhältlich ist. Für diese selbsttragende Abdeckhauben ist keine Stützstruktur erforderlich. Dank eines exklusiven Befestigungssystems können diese von beiden Seiten aus geöffnet werden. Die Palette umfasst Abdeckhauben bis zu einer Breite von 1400 mm. Sondermaße ist auf Wunsch möglich. Auf Anfrage liefert DugomRulli Antriebs-, Spannund Umlenktrommel mit oder ohne Gummibeschichtung.
