02 Over The Rhine Community Center

I designed a community center in the vibrant neighborhood of Over the Rhine, Cincinnati, which accommodates various amenities such as office spaces, a performance center, a café, and a library. Overcoming the challenge of limited natural light due to its placement between two existing buildings, my solution incorporated a stepping pattern design with skylights on each floor. This thoughtful arrangement ensures ample sunlight permeates the entire center, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the glass rear facade creates a visual plunging effect, strengthening the integration between the interior and the surrounding urban landscape
