ENGAGE YOUR ALUMNAE ALUMNAE APPRECIATION ACTIVITIES Here is a list of suggested events that you can host to show gratitude throughout the month.
Kickoff Gathering: "Roots of Gratitude"
Begin the month with a warm and welcoming kickoff event. Create a cozy atmosphere with winter-inspired decorations. Encourage members to share what they're grateful for and set intentions for the month.
Gratitude Circle: "Unity in Thanks"
Host a circle where members express gratitude for one another. This can be done through verbal affirmations, written notes, or small tokens of appreciation. Strengthen the bonds of sisterhood by acknowledging and celebrating each other.
Wellness Retreat: "Mindful Moments"
Plan a day retreat focused on self-care and mindfulness. Incorporate activities like yoga, meditation, and nature walks to encourage members to appreciate the present moment and express gratitude for their well-being.
Community Service Day: "Giving Back Grove"
Organize a day of community service where members can give back to the local community. This could involve volunteering at a food bank, organizing a charity event, or participating in environmental initiatives.
Closing Ceremony: "Harvest of Gratitude"
Bring the month to a close with a ceremony celebrating the "harvest" of gratitude shown throughout the month. Reflect on individual and collective growth, share highlights, and express appreciation for the sisterhood that binds everyone together
