This community report was created as a resource for Baker, LA to use to holistically support their long-term recovery goals to strengthen its resiliency and well-being in the face of increasing environmental risks. Our research explores how Baker can create landscapes and gathering spaces that decrease flood risk while increasing quality of life for all of Baker’s residents.
