With many home owners deciding to stay where they are and not sell, the pressure on prices continues to rise. We are starting to see alternatives to home ownership with companies such as brick x offering buyers a share of a home for as little as $100. Rental demand also remains high with most of our properties leasing within the first week or two. Our vacancy rate has been consistent this year at under 1.5%.
