ENGLISH Mr. Michael "Oe dipus" O'Toole has the luxury of teaching all Senior classes. That is the privilege of being the chairman of the English Deportment. He has the unique ability to make conflicting statements sound right (but only in his mind). He even started o day core center for the teachers' children. Mr. Edward Molush has aspirations of becoming on actor. His performance of Romeo in Romeo and Juliet has won him school-wide acclaim. As o teacher, o coach, on actor and o wonderful storyteller, he odds o further range to the spectrum of La Salle. Mr. Be rnard McCabe, the English Whiz, con often be heard yelling at sophomores, or Charlie Karstens, whichever. Mrs. Clore Brown, is one of the kindest teachers at La Salle, although she suffers from froshitis, o threatening disease to the central nervous system caused by the effects of teaching frosh year in and year out. "Hiya!" Mr. Edward McCabe is the fastest English teacher at La Salle. He has to be with teaching the incorrigible Frosh and the exuberant Seniors. We ore happy to hove o teacher of his caliber at La Salle. He has even brought fame to La Salle by running the Philadelphia Marathon in a day.
Our heart goes out to Brother David Rogers because he only teaches freshmen. He must hove gotten on the wrong side with Brother Fronk. We hope that the crime fits the punishment. Maybe Brother will hove better courses next year. Mr. Dennis Barone, one of the new breed of little big men on campus, has undertaken the arduous task of teaching sophomores and juniors lnglische.
