Q+C architecture creates architectural design solutions from our four offices and with our collaborators around the globe. We provide international expertise with innate knowledge and understanding of local cultures. Our designs are committed to contribute and lead in the societies we design for. We have a holistic approach to sustainability which shows our care not only for the built environment but also for the people we work with and the societies we live and work within.

Q+C architecture global net work provides consultancy services in architecture, master planning, landscape, urban design, interior design and building consultancy in Asia, Middle East and Europe.



1. Perform surveys and develop base map information of the described project area.

2. Identify properties or easements that may need to be obtained in order to enhance the design and accessibilityof the project.

3. Develop the best design/location for the following ideas within the project area with input from your com staff.

4. Incorporate all additional concepts and ideas that make the “best use�.

5. Develop phased areas of the Master Plan for construction in manageable areas.

6. Develop design standards that may be incorporated into an ordinance for project area including landscape, signage, lighting, etc.

7. Include in the design of proposed improvements ease of maintenance and develop for each future phase of construction.

8. Meet with adjacent property owners and interested stakeholders to identify problems and concerns and to provide possible solutions to said concerns.

10. Provide our costumers participation in design events. One at the beginning of the project and all of them necessaries during the master plan design, and one almost near the end to gain final input before final presentation to City Council.

11. Keep costumers staff up to work design speed with weekly meetings by phone or email and monthly meetings in person to ask questions and gather staff input, verify master plan progress, and the direction of master plan.

12. Preparation of recommendations along with a written scope of construction work including phasing of construction and an estimated schedule for each phase identified.

13. Being expected to provide all resources and materials necessary to complete the above mentioned items to fulfill the scope of the project.

14. Upon completion of the master plan provide a final presentation of the master plan to costumers. Providing a copy of all gathered data, presentation boards, materials and electronic media to the city.

15. Coordinate the plans preparation for the development of the project area and recommended project phases The planning period is expected to include a public participation process (meetings, focus groups, charrettes, etc.) to gain feedback from the costumers, city staff and interested stake holders.
