First business trip in the U.S. to perform transition management. Grew Philippine production team. Successfully built and grew a team of full production and support, which later on has been instrumental in acquiring key clients, including the complete turn-key migration in 2005 of a U.S. publishing based in El Segundo California, where the transition management was personally performed on-site and off-site.

More business trips to the United States to perform transition management. Led different offshore teams to successful ramp-up and continuous improvement of performance In 2007, a prestigious company in the Philippines (the oldest and largest conglomerate) offered a position of Operations Manager. Started the company with around 30 employees, which quickly jumped to more than 200 employees in a span of two years. First transition management with Affinity Express has been accomplished with flying colors for Florida Times Union, a Morris Communication Newspaper group based in Florida. Personally led and started the Manila team with 17 FTEs which was eventually reduced to 10 FTEs for the same output and quality. The said offshore team has been considered the most experienced and productive team in the company since then, promoting several members as Team Leaders eventually.

Successfully overcame the challenge of significantly reducing the number of team members while cotinuously meeting the SLA Has been instrumental in converting the Sun Times News Group account to one of the most profitable group despite having the lowest transaction price among other properties by applying the same strategy made for Florida Times Union team – trimming down the 30 FTEs to 14 FTEs after a year, while continuously meeting the SLA on quality and delivery performance.
