White chocolate does not contain any cocoa solids and is made simply of cocoa butter, sugar, and milk. Cocoa is rich in plant chemicals called flavanols that may help to protect the heart. Today, the long rows of chocolate squares sitting neatly on your store shelves are the end result of many steps that begin as a cacao pod, larger than the size of your hand. Seeds (or beans) are extracted from the pod and fermented, dried, and roasted into what we recognize as cocoa beans. The shells of the bean are then separated from the meat, or cocoa nibs. The nibs are ground into a liquid called chocolate liquor, and separated from the fatty portion, or cocoa butter. The liquor is further refined to produce the cocoa solids and chocolate that we eat. The idea behind this font was making as little and as simple shapes as possible and using them as often as possible. * The strokes are always cut off horizontally and ** vertically. *** There is no contrast in the thickness of strokes in order to keep it simple. **** The dot of the i is a circle so that it corresponds with the circular base of the letters based on the o. All of that, makes the font is very simplistic, minimalistic and very readable.

This group bases on a straight line. There are adjustments done (like the curves for the j, f and t). The dots of the j and i are circles so that it corresponds with the circular characteristic of the font.

This group is based on diagonal strokes that always reused. Sometimes there had to be adjustments done, in order to balance everyhting out. The k is based on the same strokes but it bases on a vertical stroke.
sg This group consists of letters that donâ&#x20AC;&#x2DC;t really fit into another group because they are a bit more complicated. The s and g each consit of two circles that were being cut.

This group is based on a circular shape that is used for the O. This shape is cut for the C, G and U. and some basic extra shapes were added for the G and Q.

This group is based on a vertical stoke and a different version of the O-circle. This shape is being reused and put together in different ways to create the letters..

This group is based on vertical and horizontal strokes. Those shapes togetherbuild the I, H, L. E, F, T. Letters like the N, M and K also contain diogonal strokes from the following group:

This group is based on diogonal strokes that are being reused and mirrored. Sometimes those shapes had to be adjusted for readability reasons.
