Kids, goats and goats’ kids in Bullarto fields

lost the guide to where to find it

BULLARTO Primary School is probably the cutest school in the bush. The students have their own goats and once a year host a Goat Field Day, celebrating everything their amazing animals bring to the table (um, quite literally). Sunday, November 4, the school will showcase their wee herd with a bit of help from the Central Highlands Goat Club, and share their knowledge on goat milking and cream making. The Happy Goat Cafe will be serving up all manner of goaty delicacies and deliciousness, goat pizzas, goat pies, even goat sausages on the BBQ. Nice. There will also be a (nongoat themed) jumping castle (well it would’ve been tricky with those horns), and stalls to browse as well. The Goat Field Day will be held 10am ‘til 3pm, at the primary school, 131 Bullarto South Road. Entry by gold coin donation. For more info contact the school on: 5348 5559.
