hours with a 3.0 grade-point average. To apply for admission to the program, typically at the beginning of the junior year, students must be approved by their department chair and the director of the MBA program. Once admitted, they have to successfully complete five specified business courses during their junior and senior years. The program is patterned after the dual-degree programs in chemistry and physics in which Longwood students earn a bachelor’s degree at Longwood, then another bachelor’s degree or a master’s at one of several schools.

Lancers Get New Press Boxes (11/5)
Two new press boxes, made from modified and recycled freight containers,
were installed at the Longwood Lancers Athletics Complex on Johnston Drive.
The press boxes, featuring steel-welded construction and windows with
double pane insulated tempered glass, were created from shipping containers
and designed with energy efficient and environmentally friendly construction in
support of Longwood’s sustainability program. Painted Lancer blue, the boxes
feature a rooftop platform for sports and news photographers.
