Press Release Formatting The way in which you present your press release is just as important as the content of your press release. Mixed case – Never submit a press release in all upper case letters. This is very unprofessional and very bad form. In fact, using all upper case will be rejected by most distribution companies. Correct grammar – Always follow the rules of grammar and style. Grammar errors will quickly destroy your credibility. Have a friend proofread your press release.
