CEO’S POV

When Savoye expanded into the Middle East as part of its long-term strategy to become one of the region’s leading providers of supply chain solutions, the company brought me on board, believing in my vast experience and market knowledge. I firmly believe that the quality of an organisation’s workforce is critical to its growth. Consequently, one of my top priorities is to build a solid self-dependent local team by hiring top talents and experts from the region. As part of the initial phase of our development plan in the Middle East, we also reached out to existing and potential customers for brand awareness. I find the logistics and supply chain sector’s future promising, especially given the ongoing digital transformation in the Middle East. With the rapid adoption of technological tools across several sectors, I am confident that Savoye is well-positioned to meet the region’s evolving needs and interests.
