On New Bond Street, Chanel unveiled its largest global flagship store of 12,600 square feet (1,170 square metres) at number 158– 159. Breitling opened its first UK flagship store of 2,700 square foot (250 square metre) at number 130 while Dolce & Gabbana revealed the fourth London store at number 53–55. The Swiss luxury watch brand Patek Philippe has taken over the leasehold of number 16, which was previously occupied by Watches of Switzerland and will debut its boutique in the United Kingdom soon.

At Regent Street, Watches of Switzerland will open the UK’s largest flagship store at The Crown Estate’s W4 development at number 153–167 in 2014. & other Stories, the new brand from the company behind H&M and COS, fêted its first store in London at number 256–258. French luxury brand Longchamp has stepped up its global expansion and signed up for a space at number 229. Karl Lagerfeld has agreed the deal to open his first London store as part of his plan for a worldwide fashion empire.

At Oxford Street, Pandora hit London again, this time with its largest global flagship store at number 465. G-Star has agreed to pay Carphone Warehouse more than 2.5 million Pounds to take on the lease to its store at 272–274 Oxford Street, which is next door to John Lewis. Sports Direct, the company led by Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley, will open a new superstore at number 150.

On South Molton Street, Bimba & Lola continued its growth in international markets. The company, immersed in a development plan outside the Spanish market, opened its fourth store in London. Eton opened a flagship store in the heart of Mayfair at number 53. Eton’s offers a 646-square-foot ground level that houses Eton’s full collection of fine menswear.

On Sloane Street, Tom Ford reinforced the street’s fashionable reputation in luxury retail by debuting London’s flagship store at The Cadogan Estate’s new development at number 201–206.

At Mount Street, the prestigious bridal brand Oscar de la Renta finally unveiled its largest store worldwide at number 130, near to Marc Jacobs, Christian Louboutin and Balenciaga.
