Saturday 3rd July: Liam Ralph Shepherd was born on 26th February 2010 to Kimberley Shepherd in Wiltshire and moved back to Kimberley’s home town Weston-Super-Mare 6 months later and he was raised by his Mum alone. His mum Kimberley did a teaching degree when Liam was younger to provide a good life for him and she became in charge of a pre school after she passed her degree.
It was the two of them since Liam was born and the bond they had was more than any parent and child, they adored each other and spent mostly everyday together, they were best friends and soul mates.

Liam was a keen sportsman and had played football for Banwell Juniors, North Somerset, Worle Village Juniors and then onto Weston Football Academy. Liam supported Manchester City.
Liam had played rugby since the age of 3 at Hornets and then at 4 years old he moved over to Weston Rugby Club where he decided to focus on just rugby over football, so he could become a Bristol Bears player when he was older as he supported them and would watch them regularly.
Liam used to do a lot of running and take part in the weekly runs and the prom runs. Liam adored animals especially dogs and killer whales. Liam was a keen gamer, enjoyed playing Fifa and Fortnite on his Xbox, liked watching YouTube and doing Tik Toks videos. Liam was an excellent singer and dancer and was always the life and soul of a party.
On Tuesday 23rd March 2021, Liam’s mum had gone into his room to wake him up for school and found him dead in his bed, Liam had died unexpectantly in his sleep aged 11 years old.
Leaving his Mum, family and friends utterly devastated and heartbroken.
With this, they have started The Liam Shepherd Sports Memorabilia Auction Facebook page. Basically, there will be items on there from teams across the country that we have secured from Bristol City, up to Tottenham Hotspur (and yes Kane is on it). Please give it a like and follow as new stuff is being added daily, and if there is something you like bid on it. You will have up to the 3rd July to be the highest bidder. Friday 16th July: On Friday the 16th July we will be holding our Summer Fayre at Haywood Village academy from 3.30pm. We will have lots of fundraising events including biscuit decorating, guess the number of sweets in the jar, face painting, bean bag throwing, jar decorating, beat the goalie, shoot the hoop, teacher stocks, hoop the bottle and many more. We will have a bouncy castle and refreshments including candy floss, ice cream and a BBQ!
