For those with a boat or canoe we have two slipways and for those without we have over a mile over river frontage for picnics. With the lush green countryside of the Thames Valley all around, red kites circling above, and the river traffic gliding it is understandably voted as ‘traveller’s choice’ for a family camping holiday.

On our doorstep, in Finchampstead on Nine Mile Ride is California Chalet and Touring Park, where you can relax, make time to sit back, explore more, spot wildlife: be in nature, be yourself, breathe in fresh air and drink in the views throughout the park, with its own nature trials, picnic areas, and in the summer a children splay area and paddling pool.

There are several more locations throughout Berkshire and all over the UK.
