BACHELOR OF ARTS OR SCIENCE IN INTERDISCIPLINARY STUDIES IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU! of all of our undergraduate programs, the major in interdisciplinary Studies (idiS) offers students the greatest opportunity to pursue their own unique interests and goals. The idiS program allows students to work with an advisor to select courses from two or three disciplines. That means that yoU choose the fields yoU want to study and the courses that advance yoUr interests. Students take courses in at least two different disciplines, with one of these disciplines satisfying the requirements for an existing minor at the university. The program is completed with a capstone, a project that integrates the areas of study. Here are just a few examples of how some of our students have structured their own unique programs!
