Introduction Success in football has an increasing emphasis on the process taken to achieve outcomes – or to put it simply, how success is achieved in football has become more and more important. Given the growing awareness and increasing importance of this area, we developed a tool to help sports demonstrate their commitment to the duty of care they provide in a simple and reliable way. In this article, we share insights from surveying more 70 sports over the last two years.
