A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

Even though October has 31 days, it sure flew by quickly. Overall, we had a pretty good month. We are a third through the 4th quarter and we’re expecting to beat last years numbers significantly. It was nice to see Greg Weiss this last month. We have received the feedback from those who attended the diamond training course and it was hands down a great learning experience! This will not be our only lab class for grading stones and viewing imperfections. We understand that more time is needed to go through grading and many of you would like to view larger stones as well.

In the middle of October, you may have noticed that Stan and I have made some appearances to the stores. We are committed to making this more routine. With the advice from ICG and knowing that many of you like us coming around, we plan on weekly visits. This is a great time to speak with everyone and to check out the uniformity within the locations. We continue to do many things right but we often catch the small things that are different store to store that are meaningful for correction. We truly hope that everyone is proud to be a part of the Loyalty Pawn family as it has been much work from many to make it what it is.

I would like to take a moment to mention the sales leaders for October. In first place, Dominic Tognolini sold $27,369.75, 2nd place was Dylan Tinklenberg sold $15,522.50 and 3rd place was Mark Xiong who sold $13,776.94. A big congratulations to Dominic for being the top leader in sales for the year. Dominic has been in first place 9/10 times so far this year! We sincerely thank you Dominic for your hard work and dedication to your team!

We are happy to expand inventory to the stores especially though the holiday season. There has been much focus in tracking your aged merchandise, add -ons and jewelry sales per day. We are committed to fulfilling the needs of your store contacts so please continue to collect your customer wants so we can track down these items. Let’s have a fun and strong November!

Sincerely,

Wayne Silliman General Manager
