OPEN ENROLLMENT - Don’t forget to check your emails for the Easecentral log in sent out recently so you can make changes (or not) to your current group health benefits (medical, dental, vision). Open enrollment ends Jan 15th so please make time to evaluate your current benefits to make sure the plans you’re currently enrolled in will meet you and your family’s healthcare needs for 2019. NEW UNLIMITED COVERAGE – DENTAL PLAN WITH HUMANA! -New dental plan that provides unlimited dental coverage like no other! If you’re currently enrolled in Choice Builder’s Dental Plan, and you don’t want to make any changes, then the system will automatically enroll you into the new dental carrier’s coverage by Unum. Plan details and coverage summaries can be retrieved by logging into Easecentral.

401k SAFE HARBOR NON-ELECTIVE CONTRIBUTUIONS – Employer 3% contributions are now being posted to eligible employee’s 401k accounts. If you don’t current defer and make payroll contributions to your plan, and you’ve completed 12 months of service with Loyalty Pawn, no worries. Loyalty Pawn still makes an employer Safe Harbor contribution of 3% based on your gross earnings each payroll cycle. And that’s not all! These Safe Harbor Non-Elective Contributions have no vesting schedule meaning the money Loyalty contributes to your account under the SHNEC section, is totally, and 100% completely yours.

Attention 2018 New Hires! If/when you complete twelve months of service with Loyalty Pawn, you’re eligible to defer and receive the SHNEC! Call or email Employee Services to learn more!!
