Letter from the General Manager
Hello everyone,
Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. Every year, this time is to reflect what it important and what we are thankful for. I’m reminded of a quote about gratitude and thanksgiving. “Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation – Brian Tracy.

That quote hit home for me and got me thinking what I’m grateful for. I am grateful to those who embrace what Loyalty Pawn has been building. I am thankful for the many individuals who continuously give and sacrifice for the daily freedoms that we get to enjoy. Finally, I am thankful for sound health, my family, and the opportunity I get every day to be my best. What are you grateful or thankful for?
Sales are always a topic of discussion! We always like to highlight the top three salesman. Dominic T 1st place sold $47,914.81. Mark Xiong 2nd place who sold $25,259.92 and Tony Mora 3rd place who sold $22,020.25. Way to go guys! After comparing November 2021 to November 2020, we definitely blew it out of the water this November! We like to follow trends and goal set off of previous year and month. Since 2020 was all over the place, we are delighted to see the business/ sales up-tic.
As the holidays near, one topic of discussion that remains of the upmost importance to Loyalty Pawn is safety and security. Lately, listening to the new you will find far to many things that are generally not positive. We know of industry professionals who have been victims of snatch grab and smash grab crimes. As we continue to limit our clients in the store, please stay vigilant and be award of those who are coming in in multiples. We Do our best to cater to everyone while treating everyone with white glove service. It’s disheartening that there are those who take advantage of small businesses with the intent to steal and harm. Please stay safe everyone and let your store leader know if something doesn’t seem correct or suspicious. To conclude, we are always looking for talented individuals to join the Loyalty Pawn Team. Currently, we have been gathering many resumes and applications. We are fielding those appropriately and scheduling appointments. If you run into anyone who has a sales and customer service background, hand them a card and don’t be afraid to advocate for Loyalty Pawn.
Sincerely,
Wayne Silliman General Manager
