A Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone,

Well, it looks as though we are finally getting temperatures that are more doable in the '90s. We have had too many years of constant 100 plus degree days! Sadly though, it seems we're not entirely out of the woods yet when it comes to covid-19. With the direction from Dmae and current regulation in Yolo and Sacramento County, it looks as though we will be back with masks for a while. Even though this is happening, it does seem as though spirits are high at each location. Loyalty Pawn is grateful to have such fantastic teams!

A big shout-out and congratulations are due to our top salespeople of the month. Dominic Tognolini got first place, and he sold $37,466.00. Josh Bonton got second place, who sold $21,147.48, and Juanita Guiterrez got third place who sold $19,681.46.

Congratulations teams!

Fall and winter will be here sooner than we know it! We're anticipating loan growth and full buy buckets. We want to continue to make sure that we are qualifying our clients correctly. Since many people received money this last year, we see an increase in more excellent newer items.

It is nice to see the physical transactions grow again! Along with proper qualifications and items, please consult your manager or management team if you're unsure about taking an item(s).

To conclude, we are looking forward to the day when things can get back to normal. The new mask mandates are a hick-up in the road but, this too shall pass. Thank you to everyone able to perceiver through these times. I know how difficult this has been navigating families, kids, clients, workloads, and up-and-down media. I'm proud that we can all do this together, and I am grateful to be a part of this pawn family.

Sincerely,

Wayne Silliman

General Manager
