Guidelines For Use Of A Vacation Home

The winning bidder of a vacation home at the Auction is a guest in a private home that has been graciously donated to the Auction. Guests should be mindful that the homeowners are not landlords and receive nothing in return for their donation. Guests must leave the home in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.

1. The homeowner will provide the winning bidder with a reasonable number of dates from which to choose, between March 2023 and March 2024, unless otherwise stated in the contract. The winning bidder will inform the homeowner in writing of the dates when the winning bidder will be able to use the home. The homeowner will work with the winning bidder to establish a mutually convenient date.

2. The homeowner will be asked to provide the winning bidder with written instructions for the use of the vacation home. Please read these instructions and abide by them, as failure to do so may damage the home and deprive the School of use of the home for future Auctions.

3. Vacation homes and trips are donated for ADULTS or FAMILY use only. Please abide by the restrictions of the donor. The winning bidder is responsible to pay all cleaning fees. Any damages incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to reimburse the homeowner. Lamplighter will not be responsible to cover any cleaning or damage fees.

4. If children are allowed as guests, parents or caregivers are expected to watch their children at all times to ensure that the children do not cause damage or injury to the home or themselves.

5. The guest may not transfer the purchase of the vacation home to others without written permission of the homeowner.

PRIVATE CHEF’S DINNER WITH DR. JOAN BUCHANAN HILL AND CELEBRITY CHEF JASON MARTIN

This unique dinner in your home is destined to be the most memorable meal you will ever host! Private celebrity Chef Jason will customize and prepare a special fourcourse seated dinner for you and your guests in your kitchen. Terry Kranz, ultimate party perfectionist, will manage the entire evening including greeting your guests, passing the hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, serving the meal and keeping the wine flowing. RINGS DONUTS EXPERIENCE CREATE-YOUR-OWN DONUT

This once-in-a-lifetime experience is the stuff sweet dreams are made of! Your child will collaborate alongside the Rings Donuts Master Confectioner to create and name his/her very own donut. This experience allows one lucky student to immerse themself in an educational experience to learn firsthand about product innovation, marketing, and the storied art of donut-making. The winner (and up to three guests) will work with the Rings Donuts team to brainstorm flavor, color, icing, custom sprinkles, presentation, and naming. At the Rings Donuts bakery, your student will receive a personalized Rings chef coat and help the Master Confectioner make his/her custom donut. The winner will bring home two dozen of his/her custom donut. This handcrafted custom donut will also be featured at Rings Donuts for a minimum of one week with the signage including the name of the donut crediting the student as the creator. At the official flavor launch, the student is encouraged to introduce and discuss the creation process. All sale proceeds from the custom flavor will be donated to The Lamplighter School. In addition, the winner will host a donut party at school for his/her entire grade level, during which this one-of-a-kind donut will be served to classmates. Two hours on a date and time agreed upon by the winner and Rings Donuts. Experience and party must be planned and executed by March 1, 2024.

Host a dinner party with your friends prepared by New York Times bestselling cookbook author, Alex Snodgrass of The Defined Dish, and 12 bottles of wine (six rose´ and six white) from Adelaide Thomas Wines. A four-course dinner for ten people will be prepared on site in auction winner’s home by Alex. Host to purchase wine/cocktails and provide table setting. Alex to provide all food. Mutually agreed upon date/time to be coordinated between Alex Snodgrass and the auction winner, but to be scheduled Monday-Thursday after March of 2023. Expires March 28, 2024.

LUKE COMBS CONCERT AT AT&T STADIUM

Ring of Honor suite at AT&T Stadium’s 50-yard line for Luke Combs on Saturday, March 25, 2023. This package includes 20 tickets and four parking passes. Luke Combs comes to AT&T Stadium on Saturday, March 25 to kick off his 2023 World Tour. Come Together Schoolwide Art

This one-of-a-kind masterpiece was handcrafted with the help of every Lamplighter student under the instruction of Lamplighter’s Art Teacher, Lizzie Bumpas, and framed in a clear acrylic box. Accommodations include two master en suites and a private pool with views of Nevis Peak, villa gardens and golf course. Winner will also enjoy full access to: Four Seasons beach, three property pools, Kids Club, water sports, tennis, and spa amenities. Your student will learn leadership skills as they meet with school staff and Lamplighter leadership.
