Credit cards are required to bid. You will be required to register your credit card at check-in or when you register online.

Bidders will be assigned one bid number per family for the Live Auction. All bids are made using your bidder number.

A winning bid in either the online or live auction is a legally binding agreement. Successful bidders are required to pay for all items in full at the conclusion of the Auction event. Checks and all major credit cards are accepted. Please make checks payable to “The Lamplighter School” with “AUCTION 2023” in the memo line.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items. If an item is not used before the expiration date, the Auction Committee is not responsible for replacing the item or extending the date. Trip arrangements, air transportation, and ground transportation are subject to availability and are to be agreed upon with the donors. Air transportation, taxes, and gratuities are not included, unless specifically noted.

All auction items are auctioned on an “as is” basis. Any description of an auction item is for the sole purpose of identifying the item and auction item donor. The Lamplighter School, The Lamplighter Parents’ Association, and the Auction Committee disclaim any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to auction items. Please read all guidelines and restrictions for each item. No statement contained in this program or made orally at the Auction or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by anyone. Winning bids may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Federal, state, and city taxes, where applicable, must be paid by the purchaser. Please consult your tax advisor.

Note

Items up for bid printed in this book are subject to change. Before placing a bid online, please read the item description and restrictions carefully.
