What happens next? 2020/21 SEPTEMBER JANUARY

We automatically consider applicants for the International Achievement Scholarship. Your offer letter will inform you of your success and this will be reflected in your CAS*. Other competitive scholarships can be found on our website and will require a separate application.

LATE NOVEMBER

Make sure you have your funds in place 28 days before your visa application

OCTOBER

Apply now for your student accommodation if you hold an unconditional firm or conditional firm offer from LJMU ljmu.ac.uk/ accommodation

EARLY JANUARY

You will receive specific details on your LJMU enrolment programme, induction and JMSU events from midAugust onwards

*CAS: Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies

OCTOBER ONWARDS

If you are successful, you will be issued with an Online Acceptance Form

Accommodation opens for new arrivals

NOVEMBER ONWARDS

LJMU start to issue CAS letters if you’ve met all your entry requirements. (Once received you can apply for a Visa). Make sure you tell LJMU if you have a disability or any other support needs.

Week one of teaching begins for all full time postgraduate taught studies
