Do they have a full time leasing consultant?

Customer Experience

Will they allow me to provide honest feedback from my experiences?
Do they have experienced staff to look after my investment?
Are there support staff to cover when my Investment Manager goes on holidays?
Will the Investment Manager communicate with me my preferred way?
Can they arrange for my finances to be reviewed with an experienced mortgage broker?

Do they ensure maintenance is attended too timely and cost effectively? Will I be called/emailed whenever maintenance is reported? Are tradespeople recommended, insured and trustworthy to complete the work to a high standard?
Do they keep up to date with legislation and benchmark cases?
Do they send me rent statements and deposit funds directly into my account electronically?
Do they inspect the property within 8-10 weeks of the tenants moving in?
Do they provide detailed routine property visit reports with photos?
Do they provide a sample entry condition report so I know how well my property is detailed?
Do they have a minimum standard that my property needs to meet before they will allow tenants to move in?
