A reception team to ensure your call is directed to the appropriate person and book in any potential tenants for open homes. Reception also assist the PIM team with administration work when required
A Leasing Agent whose only role is solely to lease properties. Available 5 days a week to show and process applications, ensuring we have minimal vacancy periods. With the ability to conduct upwards of 25 open homes a week, renting your home to the best tenants in the shortest possible time is always the priority.
A Divisional Manager to ensure systems and procedures are in place allowing the team to work in the most effective and positive environment. Also working with the team to implement new initiatives to get the most for your investment.
