Mario’s career growth has mirrored the growth in private members clubs in the UK and Europe, with an impressive career portfolio in the luxury, premium-end, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Career highlights include: Lanserhof, Mark’s Club, The Bath and Racquets Club, as well as Directorships in Switzerland, France and Germany.

Mario has always understood the importance of leading by example, team selection, developing future management and setting the very highest standards for others to follow. Having worked his way up as an aspiring trainee manager in so many member-facing roles, Mario has always built his teams based on a culture of mutual respect and teamwork.

Mario enjoys family time with his wife and three sports mad sons, playing squash, padel tennis and golf. Mario is an obsessive backgammon player, enjoys political discussion, tinkering with his old and rusty Alfa Romeo and is a Friend of the Royal Academy.
