Lizary’s career in Human Resources has been marked by dedication and passion for helping people.

Ms. Rodriguez began her career in Human Resources in 2016 in the Healthcare industry. Over the course of seven years, she gained valuable experience working at renowned luxury senior communities, where she consistently provided exceptional Human Resources services.

Lizary firmly believes that Human Resources is the intersection where the business and people meets, and it’s the department that has the power to turn dreams into reality. She has a true passion for people and believed in a true open-door policy. Shortly thereafter COVID19 hit and came with many HR challenges from fearful employees in healthcare to a staffing crisis. Lizary found herself on the front lines, working tirelessly to facilitate the needs of employees and to ensure their safety and resident care. Her dedication and commitment to facilitating the needs of employees during this challenging time showcases her true passion for people and her sense of responsibility.

In 2022, Lizary decided to embark on a new adventure and explore opportunities in the Hospitality industry. This transition proved to be a significant and positive decision for her. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Carriage House, Lizary’s main responsibility is to ensure that all crew members are supported throughout their employment lifecycle.

Lizary enjoys spending quality time with her young son and practicing sports.
