Terms These cattle sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association®, which briefly states: Terms of the sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior to the sale. The auctioneer will settle all disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters shall be final. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold.
Registrations and Transfers Registration certificates will be transferred to the buyer if he so chooses at the seller’s expense. When asking for transfer of ownership, buyers must give complete written name and address for making out transfers.
Inspection of the Bulls The bulls are located at G&G Cattle Co. until March 13, then transferred to the sale barn for sale day. G&G Cattle Co. is located six miles west of Washington to King road, three miles south to 14th road, one mile west to Jade road and one mile south to 13th road. Customers should note that GPS does not follow the best gravel roads to G&G Cattle Co.
