TERMS: These cattle sell under the suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association which briefly state: Terms of the sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior tot he sale. The auctioneer will settle all disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters shall be final. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. DELIVERY: Arrangements for delivery may be made at the time of settlement. REGISTRATIONS AND TRANSFERS: Registration certificates will be transferred to the buyer if he so chooses at the seller’s expense. When asking for transfer of ownership, buyers must give complete written name and address for making out transfers.
