IRRAL-based Karl Tatler Estate Agents & Lettings has retained its crown of Best Small Northern Lettings Agency at the prestigious Lettings Agency of the Year Awards – for the second year running.

One of the largest residential sales and lettings agents in Wirral, Karl Tatler Lettings won Gold for Best Small Northern Lettings Agency 2013 in the prestigious awards, which saw the local company compete against nearly 5,000 offices at the national awards ceremony in London. Managing director Karl Tatler said: “Every year these awards get tougher as the calibre of companies entering from across the UK rises. To hold onto the title of Best Small Northern Lettings Agency for the

second year running is a tremendous honour. The awards we have won recognise our consistency in customer service, commercial success and the quality of work that we achieve year-on-year.” Overseen by The Property Ombudsman and judged by an independent panel of experts from within the lettings industry, these awards are recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win. Dave Seed, head of lettings, added: “The last 12 months has been another busy and successful year for us, in particular the opening of a further dedicated lettings office, which has exceeded all targets. “Award wins like this demonstrate to landlords and tenants that we are delivering in every area of the lettings process and that our systems and procedures have been reviewed and subsequently com-

An extensive review of the entrants included in-depth assessment of submissions and more than 10,000 minutes of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. The annual Lettings Agency of the Year Awards and the Estate Agency of the Year Awards are held in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
