The Access database here was created to record delegates, new users, and attendance, cross charging, reporting, feedback and total revenue. It contains many queries, and was designed with Save the Children’s branding, namely colour, images and fonts. It is used departmentally. The STC 360 form to the left shows the feedback, as requested for review, typically completed after 12 months of emp employment and annually thereafter. In addition to this feedback, which is completed by colleagues, Head of IT and delegates, Course delegates also completed course evaluation forms that are sent and completed electronically and recorded on the database
