Our toning tables at Blyth Sports Centre are a gentle way to start to be more active. There are six tables and each one targets a different muscle group. You will spend a maximum of nine minutes on each table.

Conditioning Fitness Body Blast is an hour of toning exercises for your whole body. This class uses your own body resistance and hand weights. 2-3 Total Tone is a whole class of toning exercises targeting every part of the body. A good overall workout. 2 Legs, Bums & Tums combines aerobics, with toning of the legs, bottom and stomach. 2-3 Body Pump uses barbells and adjustable weights to achieve all over toning and conditioning. This class will challenge anyone, as your weight selection will determine how hard you work. 2-4 Zumba Toning combines Zumba moves with calorie burning and strength training exercises, this class uses weight maraca-like Zumba toning sticks to achieve all over toning and conditioning. 2

Agewell is a gentle aerobic class for the more mature exerciser. An opportunity to keep fit and meet new people. 2 Aquafit is a water based workout in the pool. This class uses the resistance of water to provide an effective workout without too much stress on the joints. 1-2 Strictly Come Latin & Ballroom is a class for those interested in learning the waltz, tango, foxtrot, cha cha, samba & jive. 2

Pilates is a mat based class designed to focus your mind and body on your core stability and postural muscles. 2-3 Yoga shape, tone and stretch the body by moving into and holding set positions, as well as creating inner peace and harmony. 2 Body Balance combines moves from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to create a class that tones, strengthens and stretches your body. 2-4

Bootcamp Tuesday Wednesday

Body Combat combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour long energetic routine. 3-4 Bootcamp a fun outdoor workout designed to challenge people of all fitness levels. Each session combines drills and circuit style exercises offering an all over body workout. Step, Bums & Tums is a high energy, effective workout using a step. Increase your aerobic fitness and tone your legs, bottom and stomach. 2-3 Legs, Bums & Tums combines aerobics, with toning of the legs, bottom and stomach. 2-3 Studio Cycling gives you great aerobic fitness. A group based static cycle class where you can work at your own level by controlling the resistance of your bike. 2-4 Boxercise is a high energy class, which offers a combination of different boxing techniques and other exercises in a circuit format. 2-4 20/20/20 is a mixed class of 20 minute aerobics, 20 minutes step and 20 minutes toning. 2-3 Funky Divas is a fun class that will give you the chance to learn dance moves and create new routines. 5-9 yrs Zumba is an easy to follow, fat burning, dance workout. The latest craze! Love your workout, love Zumba! 2
