RESIDENTIAL /01 SMALL SPACE Low budget, 22 sq-m living space design features an open floor plan. Bamboo flooring, cool paint tones, light wood tones and white furniture achieve visual lightness. Stainless steel appliances and glass tables add a contemporary quality to the space.

RESTAURANT /02 MUSEO DELL’OPERA Restaurant design for the courtyard of the Museo dell’ Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence, Italy. The design integrates the wood tones used in the museum, along with its stone flooring. The courtyard features a high vaulted ceiling and skylight. Pergolas toped with frosted glass cover the seating area and define the space.
RESIDENTIAL /01 SMALL SPACE Low budget, living area and bathroom design for a family of four. Grey toned wood flooring, citrus paint tones and white furniture achieve visual lightness. Stainless steel appliances and glass tables add a contemporary quality to the living space. The bathroom features a custom vanity, low tankless water closet and stand alone shower unit.

RETAIL /03 SALVATORE FERRAGAMO Salvatore Ferragamo retail location: Florence, Italy. The design features curved wall panelling with Gilded rosettes set in white coffering giving a trompe-l’oeil effect, a barrisol ceiling and a large projection screen in the show window.

French-themed Christian Dior corporate headquarters: Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, Barbados. The new 2500-sq.ft facility supports a staff of 10, accommodates up to 25 users and supports the retail location downstairs. It features a guest lounge for high-end clients to enjoy exclusive personal shopping privileges, and a conference room for inhouse training and marketing sessions.
ARCHITECTURE /05 SPIRITUAL PLACE Spiritual place concept: a girder bridge constructed above a waterfall. Bridges represent, transition, connection, and most importantly a journey. Here one can mediate and commune with nature. The principle design elements are the effect of light, and the use of materials; reinforced concrete, polished concrete, tempered glass, and reclaimed wood.

ARCHITECTURE /05 PAVILION Architectural pavilion concept based on contrasts; positive and negative, moss and steel, light and shadow, in and yo. The Japanese symbol in-yo (ying-yang) serves as the footprint for the design. The pavilion is a large spherical steel frame, which creates an irregular pattern of light and shadow. Moss flooring contrast with the steel platform at the entry and provides a soft seating area.

FURNITURE /06 OFFICE DUO Contemporary office desk and chair design. Desk: Bent plywood. Brushed aluminium finish. Ultra high gloss acrylic drawer fronts. Soft close, bottom fitted drawer slides. Seat: Brushed aluminium finish. Memory foam seat. Adjustable back. Pneumatic gas-lift. Nylon and fiberglass five-point base with durable nylon casters.

FURNITURE /06 TRADITIONAL CHAIR Outdoor bench for casual seating. In Barbados the favorite pastime is gossiping. “Pearly” is designed in such a way that allows gossipers a 360 view so they don’t miss a thing. The name is inspired by the neighbourhood gossip in the Bajan comedy series “Bajan Bus Stop”. The bench is made of bent plywood, reinforced with steel rods and is inspired by the repetitious pattern of the palm leaf.
