Boys Fundamental Camp June 1st-4th 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Boys and Girls Shooting Camp June 8th-10th 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Release Form Child’s Name____________________ The above named child has my permission to attend the Summer 2015 Po-Hi Basketball Camp. I further agree that subject child is required to abide by all rules at this camp. In case of injury or illness requiring emergency first aid or medical treatment for said child. I hereby authorize the Ponca City Basketball Camp staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any medical emergency. I herby waive and release said camp from any and all liability and injuries incurred to my child while attending camp.

Camp Goals: The Primary purposes are to teach young men
CAMP Cost
and women to develop their skills as a shooter, improve character, and to have fun. The camp incorporates principles of sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship. Fundamentals Taught: Emphasis is on development of sound fundamental skills in shooting the basketball properly. Camp Eligibility: Any boy or girl who will be entering the second grade through the ninth grade for the 2014-2015 school year. Younger players may be accepted with permission from Coach Hibler, call for information.
Boys Camp: $50 for 4 days of Instruction and Fun.
High School Gymnasiums. All three gyms on the high school campus will be used. All campers should report to Robson Field-
